I am a licensed clinical psychologist in professional practice for over 15 years. I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Chicago school of professional psychology. I gained sub-specialization in cross-cultural psychology in my doctoral program. I am certified in Clinical Hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis- ASCH. I am trained in the technique of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by the EMDR institute.

I am currently in private practice and an adjunct faculty member at the Chicago School of Professional psychology. I have worked as the director of psychology at a private psychiatric hospital, where I was responsible for provision of psychological services, formulation, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs for a variety of psychological illnesses. I was in charge for clinical training of graduate and doctoral level students in clinical psychology, physician assistants, and medical residents in psychiatry.
